Bring:
* Printed & Completed FCC NCVEC Quick-Form 605

(use the FRN you received for your tech license)
* Printed copy of your Existing FCC License

* 2 Forms of Acceptable Identification
(1 if Under 18 and parent provides their ID)
* 2 Number-2 Pencils with Erasers
* Calculator with Memory Erased
* $15 cash ($5 cash if Under 18)

* Consider giving a $5 cash donation to the museum

After you have passed the test, you may use your General privileges immediately by appending “/AG” to your call sign, until your new license class appears in the FCC Database. You can check your status anytime using your FRN at https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/ApplicationSearch/searchAppl.jsp.
